The Apprentice is a popular reality show in US,but unlike other reality show, this one is not a popularity shows but it’s all about talent. Not in singing or anything like that, but a talent in business and showcasing your skills in entrepreneurship but at the same time,it also focus on how to do well with people.
The popular show is now taking it’s toll in Asia and now,we have our own,The Apprentice Asia and as a Filipino, I’m so proud to say that out of more than a hundred thousands who send in their applications, two Filipinos made the cut,Celina Le Neindre and Jonathan Yabut and I was given a priviledge to have meet them in person.
When I asked Celina what was the hardest task, “I think the hardest was the first task,to be with people from different nationalities, as in total strangers and the task is to get along with them” she said. Did you join the show for the money? Neither of them said yes,and in their own words, “the experiences, the things we learned that will stay with us for the rest of our lives, being with great people is more than enough as a compensation and those are priceless.”and Jonathan’s parting words, “Dream big, don’t settle for less”.
And the last but not the least, here’s my little apprentice with them :D
Watch them at The Apprentice Asia on AXN,every Wednesday at 9PM.For regular updates about the show, please visit and like their Facebook page, AXN Asia.
