As a member of the IT Department, the Systems Analyst is responsible for the customization and support of the major business applications used for operation of the business. This includes our ERP (currently Sage MAS 500) and CRM (Salesforce.com).
You will be interfacing with various departments in the company to understand their business process challenges, and coming up with ways to improve, streamline, and automate. You have to be able to elicit business requirements from various stakeholders and come up with innovative solutions. Responsibilities will include:
Implementation and customization of various functionality required from our ERP and CRM systems
Maintenance, administration, and user support of business applications
Building middleware solutions for integration of complex business applications
Design and development of business intelligence reporting for all departments
Produce documentation related to project requirements, test plans, and technical solutions
5+ years experience in a similar role
Self-motivated and focused individual with an aptitude for business process automation
Detail oriented, analytical and very organized with ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure
An understanding of accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has a pleasant, friendly style of verbal and written communication
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Excellent programming skills (Java, .NET or another C-style programming language)
Working knowledge of Crystal Reports
Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following:
Computer Science degree or equivalent
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Project management experience
Experience with a technology and/or manufacturing company
